Day One Hundred and Sixty Eight. Doing a little more local exploration, we decided to check out the local art museum. Having been to the LACMA and the Met, to say that we were underwhelmed would be more than just a little bit of understatement. It's not a particularly large museum, but it's selection seemed lacking even for its size. The section for local artists was downright depressing. Frustrating actually. I look at the crap in that section and know full well that my work is better. Yet, there they are, getting featured in a museum ... oh well ... maybe one day my work will get more recognition.
